Try white noise or a fan on when you sleep it helps. I completely understand too. If you keep yourself distracted during the day you will hardly notice it like work, watching tv so on.

Does anyone else have this experience: some triggers are more tingly in a specific ear, for example tapping and brighter sounds are more tingly when it’s in my left ear but brushing and more bassy sounds are more tingly in my right ear?
