I am So Sorry for your loss😢 I fell the same way you do. My Grampa passed away about 7 months ago. And when you lose someone that you really love it’s hard to get over it. I wish the best for you. And to not think of the bad times,instead the good! And I so understand how when you lose someone around Christmas/birthdays and more. You kind of just lose the spirit that you has once had! I have a friend that is raised from foster care, when he turned 18 he got a job and own house but he doesn't have anyone to celebrate Christmas with, we have snap streak still and i asked everyone what they are doing from Christmas and he replied "probably sleeping all day since i don't have anyone to spend Christmas with" and it got me so sad because sometimes i have been ungrateful for my gifts and not really realizing that some people don't even have family to celebrate Christmas with. If he lived any closer to us i would had asked him to come celebrate Christmas with us and i think my mom would had agreed since she knows my friend and knows how he was raised. I told my mom and she actually got sad too. Anyway I hope you had a good Christmas and if u didn't i hope your new year will be better.

Thank you so much for the video. Im going through a really tough time right now. I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad passing away. My Mom passed away 3 years ago but I still miss her so much. At the time my Dad was still going to work for long hours and got an Au Pair to help out and look after me when he's not home. My Dad retired early but still insists on letting her stay at the house. She's been mistreating my dad and I but whenever I bring it up I get shut down. He got into a relationship with her 6 months after mom passed away. I feel like he picked the Au pair who moved in over me because even though I spend a lot of my time with my dad he still tells me he feels lonely without her. I've been thinking about offing myself as this has been going on since early 2021 and my worsening mental health affected my relationships my with friends. When you said "I appreciate you existing" I felt very relieved to hear that.

I’m so sorry you’re going through all of that, it must be so difficult. Your whole reality changed and it’s understandable that you just don’t feel okay. But please don’t give up. I promise you this is just a bad phase and it will get better eventually. It might take some time but it will happen. Sometimes our parents are struggling themselves and they end up making bad decisions, they’re human too. It must have been hard for your dad to lose your mom, but I truly hope he sees that you’re hurting too. You deserve to live. Not for anyone else, but for you. For everything you’ve been through.
