Hi, lovely subscribers and visitors of my channel) this video is short cos I had trouble with recording and didn't notice it when the recording had been interrupted 😭😭 but I have finished this meal (really need to think about buying a camera )But I have spent a lot of time for cooking it and anyway decided to share with you this meal. This is GRATIN DAUPHINOIS - classic French dish from the Dauphiné region, renowned for its rich, creamy, and indulgent flavor. It’s a type of potato gratin made without cheese (traditionally) but I have added some on top and baked to perfection in a creamy sauce. Also I decided to add some protein with cutlets. Tomato juice tastes best with potatoes, in my opinion. I hope for your support in the form of likes and comments.
