Część, Hi in Polish, Is pronounced, Chi - shh - ch, theres like a double shh at the end, but they are slightly different, also you can say Hello, dzień dobry, which is probably easier to pronounce, jin - dub - ray, hope this helps!

Actually you can get way closer to authentic ramen if you make it yourself. But a lot of Japanese actually use the instant ramen base(just the noodles) and then just add the self cooked stuff.

Ayy, I think I've been to the same Rai Rai Ramen as you! I knew you were local but so cool to see what I'm so familiar with. Next time you go, 100% you need to try to Chicken Katsu Curry. Breaded chicken, curry, and rice. They have a combo for it with a "small" ramen bowl too. Edit: Also, the 'Shio' ramen you get is a salt-based broth. If you're concerned of the saltiness, you can try the Miso (like miso soup), Shoyu (soy sauce), or Curry ramen

The Guten Tag was pretty good! Btw if you wanna say Hello in Polish you could also say "Dzien Dobry" (pronounced somewhat like Djin Dobre) which is literally translated to "Good Day" just like Guten Tag basically means "good day". But "Cześć" is pronounced like "Tschechtsch". I hope those pronounciations make sense somehow because im a native German speaker and know a bit of Polish becausd my mother is from Poland :)

After the pandemic, I suggest you look for a restaurant called "Soupa-noodle". There's one where I live here in Jacksonville, Florida and they have ramen bowls with a set amount of ingredients but they also allow you to customize and make your own bowl with the ingredients of your choosing. It's delicioso.
