The Scottish and the Irish have the best desserts in the English speaking countries in Europe but British desserts don’t taste good. That’s because Scottish and Irish have better butter and sugar balanced caramelization in baking methods that work well with oat flour and wheat flour without being overly sweet and gross or doughy
