I never used too, until I discovered Forever Eating's chicken video and heard her do it. Then I tried it and loved it! extra calcium too ;) I baked these in the oven and used a mixture of buffalo sauce, Tabasco, and butter

its a spicy buttered flavor, very savory and rich.. Similar to Franks red hot mixed with butter ....and you can make it as spicy as you want ..this batch I made was spicy!

Cool, Florida is nice. I just bought raw chicken wings and made the sauce myself for these. But, "Buffalo Wild Wings" makes really good wings or just ask around, local pubs usually always have wings for appetizers.
