I’ve been watching AMSR videos for almost 3 years now and your videos not only have the best triggers to make my mind quiet but it centers me. It's almost back to school time so life is hectic and stressful as I prepare for a new school year. This video is perfect for decompressing and losing myself to the sounds and calmness this video absolutely exudes. Definitely much needed to get rid of the teacher anxiety of a new school year.
