Diane! 🙋🏻‍♀️ This whole thing about minimalism is probably a reaction to what we see on TV about hoarding. And we are influenced by cultures that are overpopulated. There is middle ground. I am living proof. Agreed that a tasteful amount of decor is what makes a house a home. I hate pristine white walls with grey floors that make everything echo. Don’t know what’s going on with that. My husband says everything looks like a phone app these days. 😂😂 Decorate however you want! Liberty!

I’m opposite but that’s what makes us unique and everyone’s house their “home”. I love the decor here as well it’s so fun. I just can’t focus with a lot of stuff and having minimal stuff calms my mind. My husband is the opposite so finding a middle ground has been tricky 😅

I used to be a housekeeper, and my fav way to clean books was with the vacuum cleaner and brush attachment. Books stayed very clean not much dust build up, same for blinds

Hello Rebecca, What an amazing amazing relaxing video👍 thank you so very much🙏🏻 The acoustic highs and lows have very minimal peaks and valleys which makes for a perfectly relaxing experience to help drift off easily into sleep or at least a very relaxing sleep mode. Honestly my dear, this is the very best ASMR idea I have experienced yet….and I have tried so very many with nowhere near this amount of perfection throughout the entire video! Very very well done👏🏆 I remember chatting with you last year some time about your videos and had positive experience with them then too…I mentioned that I deal with nightshift and how it’s really messed up my circadian rhythm and sleep is difficult, you have helped me quite a bit with positive options. This one would be awesome to the tenth power of it repeated into double time. Thank you with all my heart🙏🏻😊 P.S. I just wish that KZbin would only play the advertisements at the beginning and not interrupt during the video and startle the shit outta’ve me, I’m sure it must bother other people trying to relax or sleep as well…the whole point of an ASMR video pretty much is for relaxation, not for infomercial to buy something🙄…but that has nothing to do with you, out of your control. What kind of plant was the first plant you dusted, with the large leaves? I have a peace lily plant from my husband's recent funeral that I repotted into a bigger pot and it started to fill out and grow a lot bigger really quickly and I often wonder if it would be ok to dust the leaves or if it would somehow destroy the leaves if I messed with them or even touched them. I've never really taken care of plants before but I would like to keep this one around a while. Very relaxing video, thank you 💖

Hello Kristie 🙋🏻‍♀️ I have a Peace Lily plant. Most plants can be dusted or wiped off with a damp cloth. There are certain plant cleaning sprays one can buy but I don’t see the point. Good luck with your plant!

Nice video and relaxing to watch. However, as a woodworker, I will say that your wood needs a bit of moisture. Maybe a polish with wood oil rather than just dusting. It sounds very dry.

Is this week's theme cleaning? Watching people clean is satisfying. also about my results I didn't get what I wanted. I got a poor result of 71.5 in Chinese general reading which is devastating. I didn't expect myself to get just barely a B. I cried in class. But fortunately the teacher didn't feel disappointed in me because I have always been the excellent student. I got 65, barely a pass in Chinese listening test. But I got 100 in math and did pretty well in other subjects too so I can help cover up the Chinese hole for my average grades. Btw those cleaning gloves at the beginning, I always took my grandma's blue ones and pretended I was Elsa when I was 3 😂😂

Yes, I take them off every once in a while. I have many videos on my channel wherein my hands are “naked”. I take them off for about a week or two to let them breathe and grow a little bit. I took my nails off for my recent hair brushing video. My nail bag organization. Shucking corn. And a couple few more coming up. Edit: also laminating leaves. Apothecary essential oils. Scrooge role-play. I’m sure there’s more but I don’t think I can find them.
