This is great for studying. I only studied for 40 minutes! It usually takes me 4 hours! I was so relaxed instead of being frustrated. I really recommend to people that have a lot of tests the next day, having a lot of homework, or having tons of stuff to study. I love your videos!

I love this but if I might make a small suggestion I find darker backgrounds work better for light triggers because of the contrast. White lights tend to get lost on a white background. Either way though this is wonderful ^^
