Yes, but the light has to be bright. If it's too soft, it's basically just a hand movement trigger. Zach ASMR is my go to for light triggers, no doubt. :D

I find your RPs to be so realistic. They're really natural and businesslike; you sound like a real medical professional. Too many medical RPs are way too overfriendly in tone, whereas your register is more formal and thus much more suited to the environment you're trying to replicate. Keep up the awesome work!
