In today's #ASMR video, you will be instructed to follow a series of simple instructions with your eyes closed for optimal sleep and relaxation. The tests will include counting sounds, word association, light triggers and more. As always, thank you for stopping by my channel and I hope you enjoy.

Great video as usual, but wow the effects in this one were amazing! The layered sounds are hypnotizing and I loved the way you used a breath to section off the sound guessing parts. I always prefer asmr with a little bit of white noise so those parts were particularly enjoyable
