@@saulshelly6174 I deal with Anxieties often I have OCD and Bipolar this is just the latest round of stressed for me if you know what I mean. I am agoraphobic I'm a hermit afraid to leave my house worsened by PTSD from COVID and I already had PTSD from almost dying from Lithium Poisoning and Kidney Failure in 2014 from getting Phnemonia and the Flu and getting dehydrated so now I'm terrified of getting sick so you can imagine how COVID messed me up. And the reason I am stressed now last week I was told I can't get my thyroid medication unless I get a blood test so I go to get a blood test wait 45 minutes in the waiting room the blood technician barely spoke English I couldn't understand her mostly Spanish speaking. So I thought it was all over I put an order in for my diabetic and cholesterol and blood pressure medication and they tell me I gotta get a blood test and schedule a doctor appointment. I'm terrified of going to the doctor so ASMR helps to calm me down and I do go to therapy...💜🙏💜

About Raycon, can i just say ive been wearing mine DAILY up to 22 hrs a day (i work with one in and i sleep with them. And they are super comfortable. Like im a side sleeper and they dont hurt my inner ear at all like AT ALL. I heard about them through Kendall and the Mile Higher Podcast but yeah, Raycons i love you guys! Night shift nurse here.
