This is by far the most effective trigger for me when it comes to falling asleep especially with the talking. There's something about the combination of continuous talking and eye covering that knocks me right out...the more / more continuous talking the better I imagine the steady talking while it goes dark kind of ensures me that everything is fine even if I don't see anything kinda sounds stupid but this is what it feels like to me, I love it. There's no way I'm gonna make it to the end. 😴

That session flew by in an especially trancelike manner. As you were getting started I was having deja vu on account of the creams and stuff you were applying. I don't know exactly where or when the memory took place (apart from it being in the ballpark of the early 2000s, when YT didn't even exist) and I don't remember who I was with (maybe it was in a doctor's office, or maybe a random stranger just wanted to touch my face) but I do get the sense that it was a pleasant memory. Of course I lost that train of thought upon following your instructions. When you've been relaxed, does your body ever feel like a block of butter getting soft on someone's dinner table? That's how I felt this time. 💛

Oh man, I almost didn't make it through. Plan was to watch once then recombobulate with the headphone/sleep mask combo. Only thing that kept me conscious was the need to thank Abby for everything she has done for my well being over the last long while. I'm sure she's the one that got me enjoying ASMR and my life has gone through many phases since the start. But no matter my place in life there has been a beautiful woman with a kind demeanor and soothing voice to help me find peace along the way.
