They are definitely missing out. But I have to be honest, when I watched my first asmr video back in 2017 I thought it was weird myself. 😆 But after a few videos and seeing how easily it knocked me out and gave me super tingles up and down my neck and spine, I was hooked! 👌🏼 💜

🤭 first time I listened to a rambling whispered one and it wasn’t weird.. back in 2017 too. I stopped telling my friends about my channel - when first reaction was ‘ weird.. and you don’t have views or make money either so why do you do it’ So now .. It’s ‘my little secret’ 🤭✨

I have bad insomnia from time to time, unfortunately asmr doesn’t help me to fall asleep anymore but this video does help me to feel calm and relaxed. You’re very beautiful and your voice is soothing.

I’m no guru.. but I’ve had my own share of sleepless nights or bruxism while sleeping. Once I managed to get rid of a big chunk of stress, everything went smoothly. I’m still having bad nights too, but overall I noticed an improvement. I hope you’ll get rid of your insomnia and watch asmr while already feeling great and relaxed 🫶🏼✨
