You have to pay attention to the style and brand of the dress. Certain styles, are meant to be oversized but being too oversized is a no. Something like this, I would have immediately picked a small or even extra small. To do last minute cinching, you can put a cool belt over it or just get it sewed in if you want it cinched a bit more
