The ending had me trying to hold back my tears! Apollo may be a little narcissistic (however ALL of the Greek Gods are like that) but he does show empathy and grief for his past lovers. He can't take anyone objecting him or hating his mix tapes but he does show an inner weakness for love and the meaning of it. He has grown into more of a human while he was away, as he shows morals and human emotion, probably nothing like what he felt before he left.
