I never write comments. But not today. I want to say a huge thank you for this video. At first, I used it for its intended purpose - to relax and fall asleep, but in the afternoon I came across it during another procrastination and anxiety and started listening while preparing for exams and doing homework. and it helped a lot! I was really able to concentrate for an hour and a half, while I usually work without fidgeting and anxiety for no more than 20 minutes. thank you! perhaps you could make the same video aimed specifically at studying? The best I can imagine is me laying my head on the lap. Because being 6'2 and still growing gives a 9 outa 10 chance of me being taller then the other person. so it would be uncomfortable for the other person.
