Hi pretty Elena, I started out watching these asmr videos about 3 years ago now and have been watching them ever since. Being a bodybuilder, I found them to be very relaxing after my workouts. They're the next best thing to getting a massage after lifting. I love when I discover a new one because everybody is different and has their own style.
