i think the SR3D sounds so much more realistic for ear sounds, the 3Dio has a sort of weird “hollow” effect that makes it so you can tell someone’s touching fake ears? it’s hard to explain but the SR3D just sounds sooo much better

a song i tried to find for years and years (like back in 2015) was “say it right” by nelly furtado. i was once shopping in walgreens & i heard it on the radio and i only had a flip phone back then, so i couldn’t just shazam it.. i asked the employees if they knew the song or had shazam on their phone but no one did :( so then i just listened to the song n took it in n then couldn’t remember the lyrics to look up, later. so more years went by. i eventuallyyy discovered the name of the song when the sped up version went viral on tik tok lol. i was soo happy & so satisfied that i had found it & could now listen to it on repeat lol

I record the file from my tascam first (with the SR3D through there) so I’m not directly recording it with the camera, I can turn up the gain and stuff, which I can’t do if it’s plugged into my laptop. Then, I just match it with sound spikes, I’m not sure! 😅 I don’t think my editing is very fancy so I’m always really surprised people say this

I recommend the XLR!! (It’s the one in the video) I plug it into a Tascam DR-40 and you can turn the gain up and down through the tascam, also you can plug your earphones into the tascam and listen in real time. It sounds so good!!

I really recommend Cars! I'm pretty sure it's an 80s band. My dad plays them everytime we're in the car and I looove the vibe! (Overall any late 70s-80s-early 90s music is really good!) I have a playlist full of great songs (mainly love songs) that I could post the link too! It's actually a playlist that came with a book I read! I really enjoy a lot of the songs on the playlist, some of my favorites are Take My Breath Away - Berlin, I Can't Make You Love Me - Bonnie Raitt, Nothing's Gonna Change My Love for You - George Benson, What Kind of Fool - Barbra Streisand & Barry Gibb, Wicked Game - Chris Issak, and Forget Her - Jeff Buckley. I adore older music and these songs are probably the ones I enjoy the most while I'm listening to music!
