I haven't had a panic attack in a long time but I woke up this morning feeling sick to my stomach by overthinking. I put this video on and just focused on the sounds and your hands moving and it helped so much!!! By the end of the video I was so much more calm and relaxed. The panic feeling went away. Panic attacks are horrific. Hope you're feeling better. Talk to someone about everything that bothers you. That helped me. Haven't had one since. That way it doesn't silently manifest into something else. Best wishes.

I love how you always make a talking version and a non-talking version of your videos. I personally really like the talking versions the sounds of someone whispering definitely help me sleep 😴
