@@luchirimoya for me understimulation is like extreme boredom (which is hell for me) or feeling like my sensory needs aren’t being met and it causes me to start ruminating on negative things. it’s like when you’re in school or work and not much is going on so you start bouncing your leg or tapping your pencil to get some form of stimulation. but too much stimulation can be overwhelming and distressing. this vid is the perfect mix and balanced really well
