If you whiten your teeth regularly (strips, or even reg whitening tooth paste!), it could make your teeth feel suuuper sensitive. Basically anything that strips your enamel makes it more sensitive overtime. Totally normal! :)

My teeth have also been very sensitive this summer lol idk why 😭 but I heard there can be many different reasons like it doesn’t always mean u have cavities it could be infection and stuff like that idk, wish u good health tho ^_^
