There's so many cool games you showed in those magazines. Especially Resident Evil 4, and MGS 4. I never played the other Driver games, but Driver San Francisco is one of the best open world racing games ever. It had the coolest concept. Even had a cool story but was just brilliant fun to play and ran like a dream on my PC. A toaster could run it in 4k60fps lol

I remember when Final Fantasy XII was being previewed and then the day it finally came out and I got it, I really had fun with it. It was different, but I think that's what got me into it. It's the closest thing to an MMORPG that I've played even today. I sold all of my older games & consoles and now I have a PS4 and Vita only. I'm glad that Square-Enix is remastering their games 1 by 1. Of course Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age is something I now have but I have yet to play.

Bad Company was a great series. Fun and engaging single-player, and multi-player modes. BC2 had the best console multi-player ever, imo. EA (grrr) said, it'll come back in time, but who knows with them.

I tried playing Driver as well (ps1?)... Couldn't get passed the tutorial in the underground parking lot. You had to do several things under a time limit without hitting the pillars... Being a 6th or 7th grader at the time and not knowing how to drive or what I could do with the e-brake kept both the story and 2 of the free-roam maps locked. Yet I probably put 100's of hours into that game just because it was a great GTA "run from the cops" clone.
