You're full of a material called Tingle Serum (shout out to Dr T ASMR as I continue to add to my own version of his lore) but as a human, it's pretty weak and easily diluted. So she implants a Tingle Antenna and some Tingle Nano Bots to get your Tingle Serum nice and potent for siphoning!
