I am writing my master's thesis right now and noticed that I was doing these movements with my nails on the table while dissociating. Then I thought "Oh, Villa probably has a video like this!" and came here. 45 minutes! Amazing!! And those nails with that color flooring and the reflecty and the grey pants, and even the little bit of gold light showing and the natural textures in the background - chef's kiss, perfection, so calming!! thank you! PS: the sound close to the 17:30 mark right before you walk with your fingers = absolutely loved it! Sounded to me like rain falling on a window or roof.
