This has to be my favorite way to get to sleep. The mic rubbing puts me into a very deep restful sleep. Some evenings into the late nights I stay up a little to late, often I fear not getting quality sleep with only 3 or 4 hours to rest before starting a new day. I’ve found that when listen to mic rubbing asmr for those few hours before waking, I wake up feeling as though I actually slept a full 8. Seems I found my little cheat code to use on occasion. Thanks for you wonderful content!
