thank you for posting this video! I have insomnia and it's really hard for me to fall asleep. I also have some sensory issues and aggressive sounds and even normal whispering makes me flinch a lot and make my anxiety worse so i can't listen to it. but the way you whisper and how gentle you are in your videos really helps me with that.
