This was just so good ASMR :) the color theme and created stage, had to answer cause of your friendly talk. Would be calming to revisit. Thanks sleep clinic How many hours do you sleep? In about 9 hours sleep I usually get when I study and when I workout during some days it is awesome if I can depending on the schedule of to do things can sleep one hour more. How long does it take to fall asleep? I would say it takes about 10 minutes before I go my eyes closed for sleep. I usually try to lay as still as I can it's a new technique that I recently am using the focus and try not to do any body movements at all. Often to maintain a calm state before O sleep, I manifest happiness and great personal achievements to the next day or next week, weeks. Do you eat something before sleep? Can sometimes count it up for myself. during some days when I eat crisps tea knucklebread with cucumber, cheese and bell pepper on. Sometimes circled cinnamon knucklebread with butter on knuckle bread at such late time is a fav. How often do you drink alcohol? For me it happens sometimes that I drink alcohol at times when celebrating stuff for similar occasions, but generally pure water thing before I go to bed, could also go with tea and milk mixed with it. Honestly shapes crisps are cinnamon buns and snacks and hamburgers can go through my mouth at times, so tasty it is at times. Sometimes the best days can be a great workout followed by food that I like. I don't usually care about how fat it is, if I like the food I buy it. I know how good it feels working out and having in mind the food is going to be afterwards. How many glasses of water do you drink during a day? I would say around three or four water bottles a day :) it is around that cause of the workouts daily. No clue if it is too much, but as long as I feel good its good. Do you sleep alone in the bed? Nobody else than me and my brain is together at sleep :) and I am like a plank then I sleep on my back, the Dracula lay pose I would say, I think 20 min in sleep I like to turn to stomach and sleep the rest of the night like that. How's your bedding? Cotton sheet, duvet, no cushions in bed nope, I like the more comfy for the head without a pillow. Your sleep in young age? Taken sleep medication for it? Personally since I was 5 or 6 years old, I am the most laying still person when it comes to actual sleep. Honestly I can't remember or nearly if it is even once I've disturbed or been snored in a high tone or even heard it from friends or so, like from others the next morning. Really it's true, on various occasions. Even if I dream nightmares I'm very quiet, had never taken any medication cause bad sleep habits is not a huge issue in my life. I am almost never stressed when I actually sleep, instead at times when a lot do. and to plan I often feel I can control stress by good pampering habits and routines. To be in the moment I can feel I am much better and better at. Oyher things to realise stress is fir me to play n write music, Nflix Yoga, sleep, workout power walking, listening to white noise and of course a fun humor pod always every time works :) How would you say your sleep is your sleep now? For me personally the sleep levels I have now is 8.5 plus, only cause of positive self care habits during the day. Feel like in early age, not under 6. Sleep has not been affected quite much from stress. During specific REM-sleep I sleep very well, like a log, though I can be clear and awake in a second if Iam being woken up gently :)) Love the sound from the soundtrigger mushroom, when one is imagining it, sounds like walking in snow, really to appreciate in headphones. Both the brush and the toothbrush was relaxing indeed. Toothbrush sound took me back to summer and the lovely sound of reed the toothbrush, really sounds for sleep. Happy weekend days Lucy
