I appreciate that this says “short attention span” and not just ADHD like some videos, because for some of us ADHD is soothed by consistent beats rather than constant switching. Looking up ADHD focus music changed my life

@@billkar6479yeah like I have ADHD which makes it quite short for a lot of tasks. I don't watch short form videos cus they make it so much worse and just gets addicting for me and my attention span would be miniscule if I did regularly. I can read with the right environment but I keep forgetting what I've just read which is frustrating because it makes it take ages due to so much re-reading.

Here is some reminders of you are going to fall asleep to this video If you don’t agree with any of these *write your own* :) please don’t argue with me about it -did you brush your teeth (it’s okay if you didn’t) -take a shower (if you didn’t that’s okay) -plug up what your listening on(phone,tablet,laptop etc.) - save the video so you can find it (if you want) -get your best blankets and cover up (it’s perfectly fine if you don’t sleep with blankets) -is your front door and room window locked (and all your other doors/windows that’s important) -everything ready for tomorrow (if not that’s okay you could do it in the morning) -(New additions) tell your loved ones that you love them(it’s okay if you don’t have a loved one)I love you -Set alarms(it’s okay if you don’t need to) -You can be a good person and could continue that tomorrow -you are beautiful and amazing don’t let anyone tell you otherwise (NO ONE CAN TELL YOU OTHERWISE) -take needed medicine(it’s okay if you don’t want to but you need to) -do your hw/assignments(you could fail you need to) - turn on/off lights on your living area if you need to. - feed your pet if you have one they are depending on you (it’s okay if you can’t but they do need food) -Turn off KZbin’s auto play (unless you want it on) -Drink water if you need to and use the bathroom if you need to( it’s okay if you don’t want water you can get it in the morning) -blow out all of your candles( or do something to make sure your candles aren’t a danger) it’s perfectly fine if you don’t need these reminders they are to help everyone who need them. tomorrow is another day and it could be amazing❤ have a wonderful sleep (tell me if I forgot anything)

was about to comment the same thing. Short attention span doesn’t equal adhd. Yeah, it is a symptom in most cases, but it’s not *the* adhd. If you make a video with fast changing triggers/preview compilation, just say it, instead of marketing yourself using already wildly misunderstood group of disabled people

@Duke_Sause
@Duke_Sause Жыл бұрын
There are multiple other disorders that involve short attention spans and not everyone with adhd had a short attention span and it is selfish as to wanting it marketed adhd to fit your own wants and desires. Not everthing is about your disorder and you need to realize that and grow up. Also having adhd in no way shape or form means that you are disabled you inconsiderate human being, it is definitely a disorder but not a disability. Get better knowledge about these things before you go and comment something neglectful like whatever this is and stop making everything about you. Have a nice day.

I am amazed at her ability. How does she think of all these triggers and know how to make them so relaxing? And the artistic presentations. Wonderful.❤❤

Asmr bakery is in my top 3 asmrtists, she doesnt make it sexual at all, doesnt show her face and the sounds are incredibly crisp. Pretty sure i have mild autism or something cause 90% of all asmrtist's show there face so much or make it sexual for no reason and i cringe so hard, ephmerial rift will always be my number 1 for some reason seeing him doesmt make me cringe at all. Thanks for coming to my ted talk
