Lol I can't remember the last time I used headphones to listen to asmr. For me at least it is just as relaxing without, maybe I am sensitive to it? Not sensitive? I'm not sure in this case lol. Keep up the great content!!

Yeah I can't sleep with earbuds in and it's very uncomfortable to lean against my pillow with earbuds, so it's annoying to have to take them out every time you are about to fall asleep lol. Usually wake up to my phone having fallen off my chest onto the floor or with some 5 hour asmr video that got turned on through auto play lol
