Before you fall asleep make sure you... •have brushed your teeth •went to the bathroom •said “goodnight” to loved ones • prayed (if you want to) •turned off autoplay •turn brightness down •set alarm (if nessacary) •take out contacts or take off glasses (if needed) •remember you are beautiful •take three deep breathes and count backwards from 10 (if you are stressed) •get comfortable •remember you are loved •listen to the video and relax •close your eyes if you want •stop reading through comments •and go to sleep Hope this helped!
