Such a soothing voice and aura. You are so very relaxing. One observation: at least for me it’s a bit of a problem to be reminded I’m having trouble with sleeping while watching the video. Psychologically it reinforces the problem. Perhaps you could consider not mentioning it directly in some of your videos?😊
