Today, I will give you a very relaxing and sleep-inducing forehead massage ASMR experience. If you have spent most of your day under stress or are struggling with migraine attacks, this video is for you!
Massage videos have a feature that is extremely relaxing and destroys my sleep problem for me. So I try to do it often from this content.

@@TabuhanASMR I thought the quality was pretty good, especially when I turned the gain up, a lot of small, delicate sounds were picked up by the mic. I did have to do some white noise removal using Audacity, but I do that anyway no matter what mic I use. 😊
