Lots of fabric smoothing and scratching, crystals, candle lighting and incense, of course. Learn about the chakras and how to use crystals and stones to initiate healing. My loyal assistant Abby has some wise input as well! And the sounds become softer and more soothing as we go, with a bit of whispering towards the end. I’ve watched this video at least 1000 times in the last seven years. It was my go to for sleep for six years as I was preparing to leave an abusive relationship. I remember so perfectly the day I recorded this. I felt incredibly vulnerable somehow because this wasn't a roleplay. It was a healing and it was coming from somewhere deep that just flowed. I was simply along for the ride! When this energy comes in during an ASMR video, I hardly know what I'm saying until I go to edit it. Then I was really nervous to upload it! Personally I am a bit of a skeptic of crystal healing but I am open to learning more about it. In the end it doesn't really matter to me if I believe in it, it's a very relaxing video and I enjoyed a lot. :)

Thank you! My experience is that the crystals are tools to support your inner work. If you have crystals but do not use intention and self healing, they are merely pretty possessions. The qualities associated with crystal frequencies are mirrors to our own qualities. So if I am intending to expand my heart energy, I'll hold rose quartz or another soft heart energy crystal to help support that connection. Thanks for watching!

To bogartnoir...I am unable to reply directly to you because of your youtube settings, but some good grounding stones that I work with are black tourmaline and any kind of jasper. There are many others, but these two are plentiful and not too pricey. Also, try standing barefoot on the ground and visualize your energetic connection reaching into the earth and tether to the crystals there. The lack of rain is unbalancing a lot of us. :)

My favorite book, one of my constant companions is Love Is In The Earth, by Melody. She has a series of books, but this one by far has the most miles on it, lol. It's a great starting point to stimulate your own intuitive knowing. The beginning of the book outlines and gives suggestions about how to use crystals for healing and I'll bet you'll be starting with a few different crystals once you check this part out. And as long as you are aware that you may be out of your center, you are still very much on the path! Let me know what you start with.

I love the way Abbey chose the solar plexus chakra. That is exactly the one I was feeling move and need my attention. I feel when you are one with the universe/God and the spirit of love coincidental happenings that are not a coincidence, but in fact a blessing from God show up to guide the way like Abbey did or Angels and feathers or flickering lights. A Beautiful divine moment. Also, I love how the throat chakra was showing us it needed to align with the heart- also an area I felt I need attention with. +Jessica M Oh there are so many choices, right? Find a gem shop so you can feel them in your hand. It's much easier to see what attracts you that way. Start small so you can get a few different kinds. A good beginner book is any of the Crystal Bible series by Judy Hall. Nice photos of each as tumbled and raw. Dive in! :D

I do not do any of charka sessions like that. I use the stones and vibrations of the stones that pinpoint and activate the energy flow. However, the person completely falls in a sleep like state immediately and I reset everything in the body through energy work giving a fresh new awakening, a sense of complete calmness, and joy. All within one hour of work. People immediately start to change their lives and be better at doing whatever they believe in. Be one of greatness. Chakra Healing and Chakra Energy work are more intense sessions. No joke. However, I have never been so pleased to do the work. Thank you. It's neat to see someone else with a different style and approach.

This is an ASMR roleplay, as it says. My sessions are private and individual and I'm not here to promote that, but to use some of the techniques to induce ASMR and relaxation. I'm glad you do it your way, but true healing comes from the individual, not from the 'facilitator'.
