I looked for them at the market by name one time recently at Vons but they only have onions listed as white onion or just onion. I’ll see if I can find them elsewhere. I love Red Snapper and yours always look soo delicious! I love Onions do you buy the Sweet onions, and if so or Not, do you soak them before you eat them and If so, how do you soak them? I love them Raw, cooked sauteed I just love Onions any way I can get them.. 🙂 I get the Valdalia Sweet Onions Thank you for sharing..

Awww thank you sweetheart. I don’t know what these are called but they are super white even the outside shell is white. I do soak them most of the time not just to get rid of the pungent taste but also for an extra crisp. I soak them in ice cold water for 2-3 hours or even longer 🥰♥️♥️♥️
