The fish you buy are always so extremely fresh and look so tasty. I checked around where I live MA fresh red snappers were not available. You are very blessed to have access to all these gorgeous fresh fish where ever part of the country you live. I enjoy your delicious videos. BTW you got me hooked on cooking cornish hen.
