Inaudible whispering is genuinely the best ❤ I have APD so usually some conversations I have with people fly in ear and out the other, I dont process them right when I slightly focus my attention on something else. This captures how I hear some conversations and its great because I dont need to focus on these, I can sit back and relax 😁

I really love the visual triggers of scratching the air with your nails and the head massager. It feels like the same category as anticipatory triggers, which I also love.

The first affirmation “I am safe it’s only change” really hit me and made me feel comfort since in less than a month im moving to an apartment with one other roommate to go to community college. I’m excited but also it’s bittersweet with my parents since im an only child and it’s going to be such a big change leaving them and not being in my home 24/7.
