Fufu is the white pounded yam cassava… Egusi is the main dish made of a gourd seed called Egusi .. ground… then cooked with palm oil and other things such as either spinach or pumpkin leaves (Ugu) or another leafy vegetable… paired with meat or is strictly vegetarian… but good
