Lots of sceptics out here. I can only speak for myself, but this kind of chiro work literally saved me from chronic back pain when no physio or anything else I tried ever worked for me. I was able to stop taking the medical cocktail of pills I was on thanks to my wonderful chiropractors (husband and wife team). They used the adjuster tool. But what I loved was their diagnostic system, they were able to pinpoint my issues with a few simple tests.

All chiros do different techniques and adjust in different ways. If you don’t feel like that is working for you then I’d have a conversation with your Chiro!

Same thing with me, have a small compression fracture on my spine. He would literally lay me down on my back, do a few small cracks and call it good. Don't get me wrong it definitely helped my back out and did feel amazing but I was also expecting like the full ASMR treatment.

Do you actually believe leg length changes or are you just saying that to justify everything else. That’s a genuine question too. I mean if you force yourself to believe someone’s leg length changes during this process (where leg length doesn’t change) then you could certainly be more convincing when you say it.

It's not about the leg shrinking or growing, it's about how ligaments, muscles and tendons relax or squeeze around the bones in the leg which chsnges the legs "length"
