Many of us have excesses of negative energy around us. Whatever the source, just push it away. Just put your hands up and press them forward through the air, pushing that energy away from you. Allow it to be moved away from you while you move on from it. If you need, there are always people to take that energy and brush it away. Pull it away. Toss it aside.
