I've always thought it was a mistake during the "sharp/dull" section, to use those little metal wheel. Because the patient (whether intentionally hearing it or not), can hear the little wheel squeaking. A toothpick and a Q-tip work better.

KZbin changed things some time ago that has started to force mid-roll adds on videos. :'(.. and now, even if a creator specifially turns them off, they sometimes still come on for people because of KZbin itself rather than what the creator wants. I use KZbin premium because I like to listen while I sleep at night and I like the fact that I can turn my phone screen off rather than it being on the entire time. I do the student plan since I'm a university student. Gonna miss it once I graduate soon. Lmao
