I've not dealt with acne, but I did put on nearly 30 kg over these last two years. For a while it destroyed my confidence too. It helps to keep in mind that there are very few people that will actually care and anyone that does care about something like that doesn't need to be in your life. Most people are too hung up about their own insecurities to notice the insecurities of other people. Trust me. :)

Really trying to work with it. My acne has turned into scarring now and I just can’t help but compare me to my ‘old’ self every time I look in the mirror and blame myself for where I went wrong. Especially with the asmr, I have to edit videos everyday of my Face and it’s so hard ignore it. But you’re right, it’s just so hard!!! But let’s do this 🤍 love ourselves unconditionally

I'm going through something similar at the moment. I used to have terrible eczema as a teenager to the degree that it would destroy my confidence. Now im in my mid twenties and it's come back so much stronger than before, it's led to me being turned away from job interviews and has shattered my confidence. hi Ben! i used to have really bad eczema all over my face and arms for years. i had big white and sometimes red patches on my face and it destroyed my confidence as well. i then started using the same soap and lotion that i had previously used when i was younger and within a few months, it cleared it all up! highly recommend using the Oilatum soap bar as well as the Oilatum cream! i get mine from England so I'm not sure if they sell them in the States or anywhere else.

Beauty isn’t the fee you pay in order to exist in this world as a person. You don’t owe anyone beauty 24/7, please understand that you deserve to feel comfortable in your own skin. For anyone and everyone, your wrinkles, acne, stretch marks, fat, etc do not have to be beautiful for you to be okay with them. A lot of people will tell you to learn to think these things are beautiful, and while flaws can have natural beauty, sometimes you need to accept that not everything about you will be beautiful and that is okay. I don’t even see any acne, every time I watch one of your videos I always think you look so good on camera no matter what you look like that day. What I’ve realized is that we all think we’re unattractive, we’re all our own worst enemy, many people I think are beautiful are insecure. Even as I know I am attractive, I can find a thousand things wrong with how I look that no one else notices or cares about. My insecurities continue to inhibit me, and I wish I could believe that my insecurities aren’t what people see, so I hope you can believe that. Your wildness and creativity inspire me to not feel ashamed of my insecurities.

I know skincare is different for everyone, but it took me a long time to figure out what worked for me so I’m gonna share it!: Dermatologist deemed that I had hormonal acne and put me on 50mg daily of Spironolact! Face wash twice a day: Cetaphil Pro Oil Free Foam Gentle Face Wash Moisturizer twice a day: Cetaphil Pro Oil Absorbing Moisturizer + SPF 30 in AM Cetaphil Moisturizing CREAM (not gel) at night Topical Medication: Epirduo Forte gel, put on face after washing but before moisturizer PM ONLY Talk to your doctor if you need the medicated stuff, it’s SO WORTH IT! The only thing that has worked for me is this combo after years of trying to get rid of it. Medications I listed are NOT safe for pregnant women. I hope maybe this helps someone. Also I love your content Sara!!! 💕✨

Also I’m 24 and get acne too! I completely understand how you feel. My problem area was my chin and forehead and it was quite angry at one point and I cried because I felt so shit. I just forced myself to go to college and tried to cover it with makeup, I did some research and found out it was stress and lifestyle induced and also other stuff like my skin type (oily/combination) and periods contributed. It sometimes flares up now but very occasionally. You honestly look so gorgeous, please don’t let this ruin life for you 💜
