Hi, I never usually comment but just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos (watched for a while) and its good to hear you're going on a healthy journey. I've been healthy/done fitness for a while now and the one huge thing I learnt was to rely on discipline and not motivation. Not one single person in the world is motivated every day to be healthy/do fitness but what separates people from giving in to no motivation vs not giving in to it is as simple as being a disciplined person, acknowledging that it's not going to be easy but that's what will make the end result so much better and telling yourself that you're going to do it no matter what you feel like until it's literally engraved into your brain so I just disregard the feeling of motivation all the time if that makes sense because it's not reliant or stable whatsoever. Big hugs to you my friend and keep up the relaxing content because I need my sleep lol :).

Hi, as a suggestion I can say you should eat very slowly. I am a gym rat and to build my body sometimes I need to put some weights (it is called bulking) for example in this session I was like 210 after bulking and now I lose some weight quickly and became 182 lbs. The only way to do that is by eating slowly. diet or increasing your daily movement is also important but like I said you should change your habits first. I hope you will achieve your goal mentally and physically healthy.

I also have a Seagate Barracuda 2TB Hard Drive (I use it for Linux) and a Samsung 870 QVO 1TB SSD for Windows 10. My Windows SSD is so full of files, software, and some games (still have like around 250gb free) , I use linux for programming, surf the web, play minecraft (runs smoother), play with old computer/ videogame console emulators (appleII,commodore, ps2, gameboy) and try free software :)
