I don’t think that’s necessarily true that working out 6 days a week is bad for you. I watch a lot of exercise KZbin, and it’s often people coming from a science based angle such as RP fitness with Dr. Mike. It depends on what exercises you are doing, what the intensity is, and most importantly: if you feel like the muscle you are training is able to recover in time for the next session of training.
