I'm so sorry to hear this. whatever you're going through, whatever is causing these emotions to surface...I believe in your ability to overcome it. I believe in your ability to look at the circumstances you're facing, and tell yourself everything is going to be okay. and to truly trust yourself when you say it. because it will be, in time. take your time feeling these emotions, to grieve, to be sad. bad feelings are just as important as the good ones. they're all valid. the good feelings will be right around the corner, waiting for you to grasp them. don't worry too much love. Hello Bre hey 👋 ☺ love your brushy thing hope you're doing well. I've missed you too and your relaxing voice 😌 Best of luck with whatever new change you're entering. So far nothing new for me I hope my health issues improve and this winter ends. I had a therapist but she quit and she was more of a judging type than listener so I wasn't a huge fan of her...that was back in 2020 to 2021 May. So for over a year plus haven't had one though thinking about getting a new one hopefully one not judgmental. I too am cautious of change though I want good changes I just feel I don't know how to start or do that 😕 so I feel lost. But asmr like yours makes me feel better. Your vids have helped me deal with my anxiety no worries. 😁#bemoresimpy haha
