Hello my great scotts! (sorry it's not an alliteration, I couldn't resist). I wanted to combine a couple classic triggers, so I'll be using the trigger words good, great, perfect while doing some delicate gentle hand movements. There will also be a soft little crackling in the background to help lull you to sleep.
