Honestly, hearing the people in the background increased my ASMR response. The white noise was great. I dont think its something I'd like in every video but I do think it enhanced the "clinic" feel of this one, if that makes sense?

The wheels on the 2nd ophthalmoscope were very tingly. Good grief this whole video is a new favorite! I am always mesmerized by light videos in the dark. Add your hypnotizing voice, and instant ASMR relaxation of the highest order. 😁
