Hey, so you need to wake up and stretch your body, do yoga and release that worriedness, trauma which makes you doubt ahead your day. Start doing yoga, Pray to God with mindfulness & Gratitude..... you will see many changes happening in you slowly and gradually.

Yes. Mindfulness is very good! It's all about our brain, the way we think and actually CAN think. We need to stop comparing and stressing. A positive mindset can bring you so much more in life. It's absolutely not easy. But babysteps are the key❤

@@anne-marieme Mindfulness comes from just going for morning or evening walk without our phones, going to temple or church without our phones. Yoga is build on working on your breathwork, holding the posture and concentrating on the way you breathe. The problem is our smartphones, it is making humans its puppets and reducing human abilities to perform outstandingly in their lives. Crush your phone timings and get back to your life, you will see many problems fading away.

Aah I absolutely loved this! As somebody pointed out, the little formalities were sooo tingly for some reason! I’d also add the outrageous compliments, the ever-so-slightly affected/highbrow manner of speaking and the preposterously positive presumptions (us washing our pillowcases daily 😂). The slow and elegant gesturing in the air as well. I love this persona/character and would love to see her in other role plays if possible 🙏 Something sophisticated yet a tad bit comical. I could see her as a hairdresser or stylist styling as for a ball and serving us the latest high society gossip. Or a seasoned eccentric journalist writing our biography asking us questions and taking notes (but mostly going off on tangents about her expeditions in the jungles of Indonesia and the catacombs of Paris). Or a painter sketching our portrait and styling our hair. Things like that.
