Totally agree with you where the relieving is concerned. When the feeling is good (I like the sounds, the person, how they handle their subject matter etc etc, but mostly how it sounds) then I feel inner peace, tension is leaving my body and mind. And if it's really good? I fall asleep! Alas not every woman is the asmr-tist I like. But hey, that's the breaks.
