*My grandfather passed away yesterday at 86 years old. He's been blind which makes me feel even more hurt and since then I can't stop over thinking stuff. At school I blank out mid conversation with my friends because I'm so lost in my thoughts and don't realize how silent it gets or how quiet it is because my thoughts are so loud. I havent gotten much sleep but after discovering you, I knock off so easily! You have helped me sleep because usually I'll keep thinking about stuff in bed at night and I can't fall asleep. I don't know what it is, but sleep is just not something that can come to me naturally!*😅
